The new beginners/ start back running group as supplied supported by Darwen Running Group will commence on 17th January….Get Darwen Running. A 10 week course which will explain the basics of running,focusing on breathing techniques, running techniques including arm, head and feet placement, Aerobic running and Anerobic running, Fartlek, Nutrition advice, and stretching.

Week one involves an introduction of the team and the running group.
