DRG will be starting a beginners running group on Saturday 6th January from DACA top car park. This will be a 9 week course, every week at the following times…..

Saturdays 9am

Mondays 7pm

Thursdays 7pm

Any age or level of fitness please come along, get fit and meet some new friends, if you’re committed and stay injury free you’ll be running 5k by the end of the 9 week course. All you need is a pair of trainers and the determination to set off on that first Saturday morning. We’d love to see you!
