DRG will be starting a beginners running group on Tuesday 5th February from DACA top car park. This will be a 9 week course following the Couch to 5k plan, every week at the following times…..

Saturdays 9am

Mondays 7pm

Thursdays 7pm

Any age or level of fitness please come along, get fit and meet some new friends, if you’re committed and stay injury free you’ll be running 5k by the end of the 9 week course at a local Park Run and will be awarded with a t-shirt and medal. All you need is a pair of trainers and the determination to set off! We’d love to see you!
