Running Sessions

Monday 6.50pm – two group sessions running distances of 2-3miles for beginners or getting back to running and 4-5 miles for more advanced runners

Tuesday 6.50pm – progression group sessions running distances of 3, 4 & 6 miles

Wednesday 6.50pm – group session running distances of 2-3miles for beginners or getting back to running

Thursday 6.50pm – multiple group sessions running distances of 3/4, 6 and 8 miles
