Running Sessions

Monday 7pm – two group sessions, progression and 4-5 miles for more advanced runners

Tuesday 7pm – progression group sessions running distances of 3, 4 & 6 miles

Wednesday 6.30pm – group session running distances of 2-3miles for beginners or getting back to running, progression group runs dependent on who turns up!

Thursday 7pm – multiple group sessions running distances of 3/4, 6 and 8 miles

Beginners – there are no beginners sessions at the moment, please feel free to come along on Tuesday or Thursday and try a group
