Running Sessions

Beginners – 7pm on Tuesday, 7pm on Thursday and 9am on Saturday… come along, meet our fabulous, friendly group and learn to run. Following the Couch to 5k plan. 

Monday – two group sessions, 6.30pm progression group around 5k and 7pm 4-5 miles for more advanced runners

Tuesday 7pm – progression group sessions running distances of 3, 4 & 6 miles

Wednesday 6.30pm – progression group session running distances of around 5k for beginners or getting back to running, progression group runs dependent on who turns up!

Thursday 7pm – multiple group sessions running distances of 3/4, 6 and 8 miles
